JCE extends deadline for registration of political affiliates by 30 days

The Pleno of the Junta Central Electoral (JCE) announced on Monday that it has granted a 30-day extension for political parties, groupings, and political movements to submit their updated lists of affiliated members in the Dominican Republic.

The decision, detailed in a missive from the General Secretariat of the JCE, provides additional time for political organizations to comply with the registry requirements mandated by the electoral authority.
