JCE extends deadline for registration of political affiliates by 30 days

The Pleno of the Junta Central Electoral (JCE) in the Dominican Republic announced on Monday a 30-day extension for political parties, groupings, and movements to submit their updated lists of registered affiliates. The decision was formalized through a missive issued by the JCE’s General Secretariat.

This extension provides political organizations additional time to comply with administrative requirements regarding their membership records. The measure serves as a procedural adjustment to ensure that political entities can finalize and deposit their updated documentation with the electoral body.
