Jean André Pumarol to stand trial for the death of a woman in Naco

The Second Penal Chamber has revoked a previous ruling of "no ha lugar" (dismissal/no grounds to proceed) that had favored Jean André Pumarol Fernández. As a result, Pumarol will now face a trial on the merits (juicio de fondo).

The legal action stems from an incident in the Naco sector involving an armed knife attack directed at neighbors. During the course of the aggression, a 70-year-old woman lost her life.
