Jean André Pumarol hands over authorities in judicial process

Jean André Pumarol has surrendered to the authorities following a legal ruling by the Second Chamber of the Penal Court. His family announced the handover on Thursday, stating it was done in compliance with the court's decision issued the same day.

The judicial decision revoked a previous 'auto de no ha lugar' (dismissal) that had been issued in Pumarol's favor. Consequent to the revocation, the court imposed a measure of three months of preventive detention against him in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation regarding a death.
