Jean André Pumarol hands over authorities in judicial process

Jean André Pumarol surrendered to Dominican authorities this Thursday following a ruling by the Second Chamber of the Criminal Court. His family confirmed the surrender, which was made in direct compliance with a court order issued earlier the same day.
