Jhonsson Pulpo es condenado a 35 años de cárcel por matar a la “reina de la papa” en Trujillo

The Third Collegiate Criminal Court of Trujillo has sentenced Jhonsson Smit Cruz Torres, widely known as Jhonsson Pulpo, to 35 years of effective prison time. The ruling holds him responsible for the crime of aggravated robbery resulting in the death of a local merchant.

The victim, a businesswoman locally recognized as the "queen of the potato" ("reina de la papa"), was killed during the course of the robbery in the Trujillo district. The judicial decision concludes the proceedings determining Cruz Torres's direct criminal liability in the fatal incident.
