Spanish MotoGP rider Jorge Martín (riding an Aprilia RS-GP) strengthened his championship lead at the British Grand Prix by securing both the pole position and a clear victory in the sprint race at the Silverstone circuit.

The triumph marks Martín's third sprint race win of the season, further solidifying his position at the top of the World Championship standings during the twelfth round of the motorcycle racing series. During the event, he crossed the finish line ahead of Japanese rider Ai Ogura.
