Josh Brolin bought Georgia estate for $3.25m; later sold it for $4 million

Actor Josh Brolin and his wife have sold their Sandy Springs estate in Georgia for $4 million. The property features seven bedrooms and traditional design elements aimed at appealing to local buyers.

The couple originally purchased the estate in 2020 for $3.25 million. Prior to the successful sale at $4 million, the property had been listed on the market at a higher price of nearly $5 million.
