Joshua Báez goes from his debut to a test of patience

Joshua Báez has transitioned from a stellar Major League Baseball debut to facing a test of patience. Recalling his performance on Saturday the 15th, Báez hit three consecutive home runs in his first three at-bats, describing the real-life feat as feeling like an achievement in a video game.

Following that exceptional start, however, his production slowed significantly. He is currently batting just .139, having recorded only five hits in his first 36 at-bats in the MLB.
