Judge rules EPA illegally terminated $7 billion solar program intended to help poorer Americans

On Friday, a federal judge in Rhode Island ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Trump administration acted illegally when it terminated a $7 billion "Solar for All" program.

The initiative was designed to make solar power accessible to more than 900,000 lower-income Americans before the EPA ultimately rescinded the funding.
