Judge Bello Ferreras proposes reforming Law 108-05

Magistrate Anselmo Alejandro Bello Ferreras, a judge of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ), proposed the reform of Law 108-05 on Real Estate Registration in the Dominican Republic. The proposal was made on a Tuesday.

The objective of the reform is to incorporate procedures that are currently dispersed across various regulations into the main law, as well as to reduce the volume of procedures and related matters.
