He doused his partner with alcohol and started a fire: he was arrested for attempted femicide in Puerto Madryn

A 29-year-old woman in Puerto Madryn suffered severe burns and respiratory tract injuries during a house fire after her partner allegedly doused her in alcohol and caused the blaze. Following several weeks of hospitalization, the victim was able to give a statement to the Prosecutor's Office incriminating her partner.

Authorities subsequently arrested the partner on charges of attempted femicide in connection with the incident.
