It’s a mild start with temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s -- finally near average thanks to the overnight showers on Monday. It will be very short lived once the sun rises and the temperatures will rise by the afternoon. Highs will reach the lower 90s with heat indices in the triple digits.
Don’t forget your rain gear as we will be seeing another round of afternoon storms. These storms will produce the possibility of wind gusts and flooding concerns. Looking ahead, tomorrow rain chances start to go down as the return of Saharan dust arrives.
