(BCN)-- A juvenile and a convicted felon were arrested after Santa Rosa police discovered a loaded handgun, ammunition, and prohibited weapons during a traffic stop Saturday night, authorities said. Officers with the Santa Rosa Police Department's Special Enforcement Team stopped a vehicle near West Eighth and Donahue streets at about 8:21 p.m.
