Kaluma to NCIC: Give me the correct transcript before I appear

Homa Bay Town Member of Parliament George Kaluma has formally challenged a summons issued by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC). The legislator is demanding that the commission provide an accurate transcript and translation of the remarks attributed to him before he complies with the summons to appear before the body.
