BNPP chief encourages regular meetings between neighboring countries to discuss borders

Minister of Home Affairs and Head of the National Border Management Agency (BNPP) Tito Karnavian has called for the implementation of regular meetings with neighboring countries to address border-related issues. The initiative aims to enhance diplomatic communication and facilitate the management of regional border territories.

Karnavian emphasized that all matters concerning border management should be resolved through peaceful means. The proposal seeks to establish a structured dialogue framework to maintain stability and improve cooperation between Indonesia and its neighbors regarding territorial concerns.
