LONDON, Sept 7 (Reuters) - King Charles authorised a letter to senior British officials on Monday confirming that his youngest son Harry and Harry's wife Meghan remain non-working royals following their return to the UK. Prince Harry and Megan Markle have returned to the U.K., but not to any official royal duties. But just in case there is any hint of confusion, King Charles released a letter of clarification on Monday.
