The Madrid Provincial Court has ordered the reopening of a judicial investigation into the deletion of emails from the account of a former councilwoman in Móstoles, Madrid. The court directed the Móstoles Court of First Instance No. 1 to resume proceedings to identify who accessed and cleared the electronic mailboxes and files belonging to the official.
