The National Court is demanding from the Government the files on the Ceuta port camp, which has already been set up and occupied despite the Police's appeal due to security risks.

The Spanish National Court has formally accepted a contentious-administrative appeal filed by the Unified Police Union (SUP). The legal action challenges the Ministry of Transport’s resolution that authorized the installation of a migrant reception facility at the port of Ceuta.
