Home sales rebound after five months of decline, registering their best June since 2007 with almost 60,000 transactions.

In June, home sales in Spain rose by 1.6% compared to the same period in the previous year, totaling 59,288 operations. This increase follows a five-month period of consecutive declines, according to data released by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
