La Corte avala las penas por “facilitar” alcohol o drogas a adolescentes en el Estado de México

On September 3, the Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) validated criminal penalties against individuals who facilitate the consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or toxic substances to adolescents in the Estado de México.

The high court concluded that the legal expression used to define this offense meets constitutional standards, thereby upholding the state's penal sanctions designed to curb the supply of harmful substances to minors.
