La Corte Suprema anuló la absolución a César Milani y ordenó revisar el fallo por la muerte del soldado Ledo

The Argentine Supreme Court has annulled the acquittal of former army chief César Milani regarding the 1976 disappearance and death of soldier Alberto Agapito Ledo. The high court ordered a review of the previous ruling that had cleared Milani of charges related to the alleged cover-up of the soldier's illegal detention at the Batallón de Ingenieros de Construcciones in La Rioja.
