Cristian Rubén “N”, a 21-year-old individual, was arrested in the Ley 57 neighborhood of Hermosillo, Sonora. The arrest was conducted by members of the Ministerial Agency for Criminal Investigation (AMIC) in flagrante delicto. The suspect is implicated in an attack on a drug distribution point that resulted in the deaths of a 13-year-old minor and an adult.

In a separate legal development, the defense team for an accused murderer in Girona, Spain, has adjusted its sentencing request regarding a July 2023 case. Following the defendant's testimony, the defense now seeks a total of 18 and a half years in prison, comprising 15 years for murder and three and a half years for robbery with violence, a significant increase from their previous request of three years and nine months.
