Flights between the United States and Colombia will be cheaper starting in December 2026: an ultra-low-cost airline will operate the route

The US-based airline Frontier Airlines will begin operating direct flights from Orlando, Florida, to Colombia starting in December. The carrier is set to serve three Colombian destinations: Bogotá, Medellín, and Cartagena.

This expansion will add a total of 14 weekly frequencies to the air connectivity between the United States and Colombia, according to the announcement reported on September 10.
