La Generalitat Valenciana has issued a firm condemnation and absolute rejection of a homophobic assault directed against a group of minors in Benialí, a town located within the municipal term of La Vall de la Gallinera in Alicante.

Susana Camarero, the first vice president and minister of Youth and Equality of the Generalitat, voiced the official stance, extending full support to the affected minors and their families following the August 10 incident.
