La Junta declara la situación 1 del InunCYL en Ávila por la situación de embalses

The territorial delegate of the Junta de Castilla y León in Ávila, José Francisco Hernández, has officially declared a level 1 emergency status under the regional civil protection plan for flood risks, known as InunCYL. This decision was prompted by the current condition of local reservoirs in the province of Ávila as of October 4.
