The High Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM) has rejected a request for an immediate injunction filed by the regional government led by Isabel Díaz Ayuso. The regional executive had sought to compel the Government Delegation to dismantle a protest camp established in Puerta del Sol, which advocates for the right to housing.

By dismissing the cautelarísima (urgent precautionary measure), the court has declined to force the eviction of the demonstrators at this time. The decision maintains the status quo regarding the protest, which remains situated in the central Madrid plaza.
