Medellín is organizing a solidarity concert on Saturday, August 15, at the Centro de Eventos La Macarena to aid victims of the recent earthquake in Colombia. The event features prominent musical artists and public figures, including Luis Alfonso, Kapo, Pipe Bueno, Juliana, Andy Rivera, and Westcol.

The earthquake, which struck on the morning of Monday, August 10, also disrupted local infrastructure. Notably, the Line H of the Medellín Metrocable was forced out of service for approximately 48 hours, leaving hundreds of users without transit connections before operations successfully resumed.
