Abinader oversees construction of a storm drain tunnel on Luperón Avenue

President Luis Abinader conducted an inspection on Thursday night of the ongoing construction of a storm drainage system on Avenida Gregorio Luperón in the National District. The project is designed to resolve chronic flooding issues that have impacted the thoroughfare for several years.
