La sátira corporal "Sanguine" gana el premio a la mejor película del Festival de Sitges

The body-horror satire "Sanguine," set in a hospital emergency room, won the award for best film on Saturday at the Sitges Fantastic Film Festival.

The festival also recognized other regional works, distinguishing the Dominican production "No salgas" and Argentine director Cristian Ponce.
