The real estate investment trust (socimi) HLRE, formerly known as Lar España, has reached an agreement to sell the Megapark commercial park located in Barakaldo, Biscay, to Nepi Rockcastle.

The transaction for the commercial property was finalized at a total amount close to 254 million.
