La UE sigue planteándose el estatuto de bloqueo si hay nuevas sanciones de EE.UU. a la CPI

The European Commission stated on Monday in Brussels that it is keeping the blocking statute on the table as a potential option. This measure is being considered in response to possible new restrictive measures and sanctions from the United States against the International Criminal Court (CPI).

The potential activation of the blocking statute is designed to prevent European companies and entities from being adversely affected by extraterritorial US sanctions targeting the international tribunal.
