Labor commits $550m for freeway upgrade in Melbourne's outer west

The Victorian state government has committed $550 million to fund an upgrade for a key section of freeway in Melbourne's outer west. This state funding is being combined with a previously announced $1 billion pledge from the Commonwealth government.
