Tigray authorities denounce the start of an Ethiopian military offensive in the west of the state

Authorities from the Tigray region in northern Ethiopia have reported the initiation of a military offensive by the Ethiopian Army in the western part of the state. The Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) announced that the operation began this Saturday, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing regional conflict.
