During the first eight months of 2026, Argentine fisheries exports experienced sustained growth exceeding 23 percent. This increase occurred despite ongoing concerns regarding foreign fishing fleets operating near the border of the Argentine Sea and fishing licenses issued around the Malvinas Islands.
The data regarding this export performance was detailed in a report produced by the Chamber of Armadores de Pesqueros y Congeladores de la Argentina (CAPeCA).
