The Queens of the Caribbean are going for their seventh gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games.

The Dominican Republic's women's national volleyball team, known as Las Reinas del Caribe, defeated Puerto Rico in straight sets (25-21, 25-15, 28-26) to advance to the final of the Central American and Caribbean Games. With this victory, the team maintains an undefeated record in the tournament.

Looking ahead, Las Reinas del Caribe are set to play in the final match with the objective of securing their seventh consecutive gold medal in the regional competition.
