Remittances to the Dominican Republic reached US$7,316.4 million in seven months

During the first seven months of 2026, remittances sent to the Dominican Republic reached a total of US$7,316.4 million. This figure represents an increase of US$442.0 million, or 6.4%, compared to the same period spanning January to July 2025.

This growth occurred despite ongoing inflationary pressures stemming from the conflict in the Middle East.
