Temperatures will rise even further this Friday and intense heat will mark the weekend

Temperatures are expected to rise further this Friday across the northern and eastern regions of the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. While western Andalusia may experience slight cooling, intense heat is forecast to remain the dominant weather pattern throughout the upcoming weekend. The meteorological outlook also includes a probability of storms in certain areas.

Separately, the Andean Community reported an 11.5% increase in goods exports for 2025, reaching a total of 187.461 billion dollars compared to the 168.083 billion recorded the previous year. This economic growth was supported by a strengthening of trade relations among the member countries.
