Laser used to shoot down cartel drones near Mexico border

The U.S. military successfully neutralized three drones near the U.S.-Mexico border using a high-energy laser system. The operation, which occurred between late Tuesday and early Wednesday, utilized the Army Multipurpose High Energy Laser system to target the unmanned aerial vehicles.
