Launch of Northern Metropolis flats attracts strong interest from Hong Kong homebuyers

Hong Kong homebuyers showed strong interest in the first batch of units at a major residential project in the Northern Metropolis. Wheelock Properties offered 82 flats for regular sale on Sunday.

According to property agents, 44 of the available units—representing more than half of the batch—were successfully sold by 7:30pm.
