Laura Fernández nombra a Ana Elena Pinto como nueva canciller de Costa Rica tras destitución de Manuel Tovar

Costa Rican President Laura Fernández Delgado has appointed Ana Elena Pinto Lizano as the country's new Minister of Foreign Relations and Worship. Pinto Lizano assumes the diplomatic post following the dismissal of her predecessor, Manuel Tovar Rivera.

The leadership change at the Ministry of Foreign Relations and Worship took place after Tovar Rivera was removed from office on September 24.
