LAUSD students set to return to classes Wednesday; commuters brace for increased traffic

Students in the Los Angeles Unified School District will return to classrooms for the start of the school year. Roughly half a million Los Angeles Unified School District students return to class Wednesday with new screen time rules in place. In June, LAUSD board members unanimously approved a new policy that placed limits on screen time for young students and banned devices in classrooms below second grade at the start of the school year.
