Liberan a empresaria que atropelló y mató a vigilante en Trujillo: Sala cambió cárcel efectiva por pena suspendida

Maricsa Polet Alfaro Cerna, a businesswoman, has been released from El Milagro prison in Trujillo after a court commuted her effective prison sentence to a suspended penalty. Her release comes four months after she was initially jailed.

Alfaro Cerna was imprisoned following an incident where she struck and killed a security guard, identified as Juan Martínez Torres, while he was working in the Las Palmas del Golf urban area in Trujillo.
