Lindsay Clancy juror had reasonable doubt but would not agree to acquit, foreperson says

Following a mistrial in the murder case of Massachusetts mother Lindsay Clancy—who is accused of killing her three children—the foreperson of the jury revealed that a lone holdout juror expressed reasonable doubt but ultimately refused to agree to an acquittal.

According to foreperson Roni Carlson, the holdout juror could not be persuaded to change his position during deliberations. Another colleague involved in the trial described the holdout juror as being 'very arrogant' as the panel attempted to reach a unanimous verdict in the high-profile case.
