Lithuania backed the US-Denmark agreement on Greenland: “It is an important step towards greater Arctic security.”

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda publicly endorsed a security agreement concerning Greenland reached between the United States and Denmark. The agreement, announced by U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday, was formally welcomed by Nauseda on Saturday.
