Live results: Georgia holds special election for late David Scott's House seat

Voters in Georgia’s 13th Congressional District headed to the polls Tuesday for a special election to fill the seat left vacant by the death of longtime Representative David Scott. The late congressman, who passed away in April at the age of 80, had held the position since 2002.
