What the JCE spent on a trip to Spain for two of its members

The Junta Central Electoral (JCE) allocated a minimum of 2,033,150 pesos to fund a trip for two of its members to Spain. The official mission involved their participation in an international cybersecurity program.

To provide scale for the expenditure, the total cost was noted as being equivalent to more than 203 public sector minimum salaries.
