Los precios de la vivienda suben 15,5 % en julio y sigue en máximos desde la burbuja

In July, the price of new and used housing in Spain increased by 15.5% compared to the same month in the previous year. This rise places nominal housing prices 2% above the peak levels recorded during the 2007 real estate bubble.
