Faced with a historic drop in home purchases in Colombia, 20 employee funds will join forces to offer alternatives for families who do not own property.

On July 16, 16-year-old Cecilia Lazcano was murdered in the city of Alvear, Corrientes. A teenage suspect was subsequently arrested in connection with the crime after authorities utilized surveillance footage to build a case against him.

While the security cameras did not capture the moment of the attack, they provided investigators with a detailed timeline of the suspect's movements. This visual evidence allowed police to reconstruct the hours immediately preceding and following the incident, facilitating the arrest.
