Loved ones are searching for a Southern California teen girl who has been missing for days. Syncere Pshyra Evans, 16, was reported missing on July 21, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said. Evans, who is considered critically missing, was last seen on the 7300 block of Miramonte Boulevard in Los Angeles around 4 p.m.
